Today I did ok... in loosing weight 715 cals isnt that bad. But i gained a pound again. its ok. its ok. tomorrow i will cut more out. man i suck

Posts So I don't have many friends on here but I would like to apologize for the last couple of posts, I tend to post through PING.FM and it for some reason went spaz on me and posted my bros pic like 6 times. Then I took a picture of me too and it didnt post the pic. I also took a pic of my bf and it didnt post anything on that at all :P!

Loosing weight I have lost 5 pounds! yeay me!

Username I changed my username to brainsic! I own brainsic.com so I will be making that my internet hub so people can add me to any online community they want. And of course so that they can properly stock me if need be as well.

Loose weight (my mind rambles) So every day here is what I TRY to do and its working!
I eat a 60 cal yogurt in the morning. with my iron pill and sertraline HCL pill
I eat a 120/130 calorie oatmeal at around 11am
I eat another 120/130 cal oatmeal around 12 to 1 pm
I go home at 5pm and tend to eat more but I have eatin sooo little for most of my day that I am loosing weight, and if i am hungery i eat more yogurts and oatmeal or have chicken!
